1. Worldwide Shipping

Proud Uniform proudly ships worldwide.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders to customers across the United States and internationally.


2. Production Time

Most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for your order.

Estimated Production Time

  • 2–5 business days

Production begins after:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Final order and customization details are received

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


3. Order Cut-Off Time

Daily Cut-Off Time

  • 2:00 PM (MST, GMT–7)

Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.


4. Shipping Time Estimates

United States

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customs clearance
  • Local carrier operations
  • Seasonal demand
  • Weather or transportation disruptions

5. Shipping Costs

Flat Shipping Fee

  • $6.50 USD per order

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information during checkout.

Proud Uniform is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect information
  • Lost packages due to invalid addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Proud Uniform cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once an order has been shipped.
